Pineta – Fazana

The site Pineta is situated just in front of the Brijuni islands, approximately 2 km from Fažana, 10 km from Pula and 14 km from the Pula airport with good connections by local and county roads. The total surface of the location is around 50 hectares, from which the building surface is 7 hectares. The rest of the plot size is the zone intended for sports and recreation in immediate vicinity of a pine forest.

Turist development area with four to five international stars (upscale) with 1200 bads maximun capacity is planned on the site Pineta, offering guests sun-filled relaxation on the beach along with top-quality gastronomic offer.

- Urban Development Plan for Urban transformation (UPU) Fažana Pineta: T1-Hotel, T2-Holiday village, T3-Campsite
- Urban Development Plan (UPU) FAŽANA north: T2- Holiday village with 300 beds, Category 3 to 4 stars
